The Tristan Knight Photography Website is a professional photography portfolio website I built for Tristan Knight’s photography business.
The website is designed to keep the focus on Tristan’s photography, using a clean and cinematic visual style to showcase his work. It includes a responsive image carousel that allows potential clients to explore recent photography, alongside information about Tristan’s approach and experience.
The website also features a pricing section with interactive animations and colour changes, as well as dedicated pages for different photography options, including custom commissions, signature days and starter sessions.
The site was designed to provide a professional but approachable first impression for potential photography clients. It includes smooth scrolling between sections covering portraits, events and studio work around Ashford, Kent, and is designed to work across both mobile and desktop devices.
Building this project gave me experience creating a website for a real-world business rather than simply developing a personal project. It helped me improve my understanding of responsive design, visual presentation, interactive JavaScript features and how thoughtful UI/UX can help a business communicate its services effectively.
